Quinn is a faerie of unknown origins. He served as an advisor to the Summer Court during the co-regency of Aislinn Foy and Keenan at the insistence of the later; however, it was later revealed that Quinn was a spy sent by Sorcha of the High Court to gain information on the inner workings of the courts in the mortal realm.
Biography
Early Life
There is not much information available regarding Quinn. The only known fact are that he was originally a fae from the High Court who was sent to the mortal realm by Sorcha to gather information. Quinn eventually joined the Summer Court and, at one point, he was appointed the position of Summer Advisor alongside Tavish by the Summer King, Keenan.
Fragile Eternity

In Fragile Eternity, Quinn is seen discussing changes that the Summer Queen, Aislinn Foy, wishes to make to the court along with Tavish. They do not believe that her newest idea will be beneficial, but Aislinn insists that it is for the best. Quinn brows tired of the discussion and sits with Seth Morgan whom he tells that the Summer King, Keenan, will support them. Seth finds this amusing as he knows Keenan will do as Aislinn requests.
Darkest Mercy

In Darkest Mercy, Quinn appears when the Summer Queen, Aislinn Foy, requests the presence of the Summer Advisors, specifically Tavish. She is clearly irritated when Quinn arrives as she is not fond of him and, after a brief conversation, she orders Quinn to summon Tavish alone as she doe snot want to speak with Quinn.
In the following days, Quinn is present when Keenan chooses to renounce his title as Summer King and grant his sunlight to Aislinn, thus resulting in her becoming the fully realized regent of the Summer Court. Aislinn takes the opportunity to question Quinn and, eventually, he admits that he is a spy sent by Sorcha of the High Court to gather information. It is upon this revelation that Aislinn dismisses Quinn from her court, thus making him a solitary faerie due to the veil between the Realm of Faerie and the mortal realm being sealed. Quinn is taken to a cell by the Summer Guards with their leader remarking that Quinn would make good target practice for the newly trained Summer Girls.
Physical Appearance
Quinn is an average fae who seems to strive for some degree of polish and posturing. In the Summer Court, he kept his hair sun-streaked, his skin tanned, his clothes hinting at wealth. He took pride in the assumption that he was "posh" according to the Summer Girls, Quinn hinting that he held much more importance than he did through his outward appearance.
Personality
Quinn is a secretive fae who often keeps to himself. He appears intelligent to those around him and is discreetly manipulative as apparent by his ability to gain the trust of the Summer King, Keenan. He accepts his fate when arrested by the Summer Court for his transgressions against them, he refusing to fight against them.
Abilities
Quinn possesses the strengths and weaknesses that are seen in the species of the fae. He has increases agility, endurance, healing, senses, speed, and strength which makes him a threat to mortals. In addition to this, Quinn is invisible to mortals unless he dons a glamor, an image which makes him appear "normal" to humans.
Etymology
The name Quinn began as a Scottish or Irish surname in Ireland, coming from O'Cuinn, meaning "descendent of Conn." In this instance, Conn comes from the Irish word ceann, meaning “head”, "chief leader", or "intelligence". In Latin, the single syllable name means "a girl who is as pretty as two" and "essence."
